Halcyon Legal & Finance is a specialized firm providing legal and financial services, founded in 2023 by Mr. Koen Bùi, an expert with over ten years of experience in financial management at multinational corporations. With a deep understanding of the challenges related to tax, finance, and accounting that the Vietnamese community in the Netherlands faces, Koen Bùi decided to establish Halcyon Legal & Finance. The company’s mission is to support the Vietnamese community in the Netherlands in addressing legal issues related to taxation and in building comprehensive accounting systems, helping Vietnamese businesses here to grow sustainably and comply with legal regulations. I am Koen, holding a Master's in Accounting and Control with over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation. As an immigrant myself, I understand the challenges, difficulties, and opportunities that the community faces in the Netherlands. With my knowledge and experience, I hope to contribute to the growth and success of Vietnamese businesses in the Netherlands.

Diu Dang

I am Diu Dang, a Master of Law with over 10 years of experience in the legal field in Vietnam, specializing in Marriage and Family, Civil Status, and Immigration. With the knowledge and experience I have gained, I hope to assist the Vietnamese community with issues related to settlement, family visits, and tourism in the Netherlands.

I'm Nathan Nguyen, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control. My professional experience includes working in Accounts Payable and Receivables at Verkeerschool Koos van der Bilt and Neko Ship Supply BV.
