My name is Koen Bui
Founder of Halcyon Legal & Finance. Driven by a desire to support the Vietnamese community and businesses in the Netherlands, I established this company to provide professional services in accounting, finance, and taxation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Accounting and Control from Vrije University and have many years of experience working in the finance departments of multinational corporations such as Petro Vietnam, Panasonic, and Epson. Additionally, I have assisted several startups in the Netherlands in building standardized accounting systems.
With my knowledge and experience, I hope to help Vietnamese businesses in the Netherlands comply with accounting and tax regulations, allowing them to grow and thrive in the future.
